KXGN-12 inflatable full sealed fully insulated switchgear (ring type cabinet, switch cabinet)

General introduction
KXGN type full sealed full insulated ring network switch equipment (short for gas tank) is a new generation of modular switch equipment designed and developed by our company in combination with the characteristics of domestic and foreign products. In the same gas box, there are 6 buses (no line and outlet) units that can be configured at most. Each unit has its own function. When the system requires more than 6 units, two or more than two gas boxes can be connected in the form of extended bus bars. Each gas box can be arbitrarily extended on the left and right sides, and can be arranged arbitrarily according to different design schemes, so as to realize different configuration requirements.
The air box of KXGN inflatable cabinet is made of stainless steel plate, which is manufactured by advanced laser cutting and automatic manipulator welding technology. The protection level of the inflatable box reaches IP67. SF6 gas is filled in the box, and the tightness of the gas box is ensured by synchronous vacuum pumping and helium leak detection. The load switch, grounding switch, fuse insulation cylinder and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are all sealed in the stainless steel gas box. The explosion proof diaphragm at the bottom of the gas box is equipped with an explosion-proof diaphragm. When the switch is abnormal and the air pressure in the gas box exceeds a certain value, the explosion-proof pressure can be released from the lower explosion proof port, so as to effectively prevent the damage of the high-pressure gas to the others, the cable and the rest of the switch equipment in the substation.
KXGN inflatable cabinet has the advantages of compact structure, full closed, full insulation, long life, maintenance free, small space occupation, safe and reliable, and not affected by the working environment, etc., and it is widely used in industrial and civil ring and terminal power supply. It is especially suitable for small two power distribution stations, open and close stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railways, commercial areas, high-rise buildings, highways, subways, tunnels and other fields。
