The air box of KXGN type inflatable cabinet is made of stainless steel plate, which is manufactured by advanced laser cutting and automatic robot welding technology. The protection level of the inflatable box reaches IP67. The box is filled with SF6 gas, and is synchronously evacuated and leaked with helium to ensure the tightness of the gas box. The load switch, grounding switch, fuse insulating cylinder and vacuum interrupter are all sealed in the stainless steel air box. The explosion-proof diaphragm at the bottom of the air box is equipped with an explosion-proof diaphragm. When the switch is abnormal and the air pressure in the air box exceeds a certain value, the pressure can be relieved from the lower explosion-proof opening, which can effectively prevent the high-pressure gas from affecting people, cables and other switch equipment in the substation. damage.
