Overview
KW3M-12 outdoor high-voltage intelligent permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is a vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet operating mechanism independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of vacuum circuit breaker body and microcomputer protection controller, and is electrically connected through aviation socket and outdoor sealed control cable. With measurement, fault detection, protection control and communication functions. Mainly used as 10kV outgoing switch in substations and 10kV lines, it can reliably judge and detect zero-sequence current and interphase short-circuit fault current inside and outside the boundary, and realize automatic removal of single-phase grounding fault and short-circuit fault.
The switch body is designed as a fast-acting permanent magnet mechanism, with few moving execution parts, fast action speed, reliable action, good opening and closing characteristics, long service life, and maintenance-free. The controller adopts a fast protection algorithm, which is realized in cooperation with the circuit breaker body The action time of the whole group of quick-break protection is less than 25ms. This time is the time from when the fault current occurs to when the circuit breaker removes the fault current, which solves the problem that the substation outlet switch 0-second quick-break protection and the branch switch protection level difference are difficult to cooperate, and can effectively isolate the fault area, avoid the trip of the substation switch, and reduce power outages range, improve power supply reliability and continuity.
